Sadhguru Premashray Prakalp
CSR is requested for the project of 500 beds with all facilities of housing, medical, & training for bed ridden, destitute and dying women with multiple disabilities, and critical illnesses like HIV, TB, Etc.
Sadhguru Premashray Prakalp
This CSR Proposal/ Request is for Prakalp to create 500 beds for women residents of Ashram.
500 beds with all facilities of housing, medical, & training for bed ridden, destitute and dying women with multiple disabilities, and critical illnesses like HIV, TB, Etc.
This project is divided into 10 phases with each phase of prakalp costing 1.5 Crore.
Project Scope
- Addition of 20 teaching and activity/ therapy classrooms.
- Addition of 50 specially abled children in the age group of 2-5 years and 100 specially abled children in the age group of 6-18 years.
- Education and occupational therapy of children as per their needs.
- Appointment of qualified occupational therapists, special eduation teachers and assitance staff.
- Other requirements related to project.
Target Group
Target group of this CSR request are bed ridden, destitute and dying women with multiple disabilities, and critical illnesses like HIV, TB, Etc. of all age groups.

Project duration/ timeline is divided into 10 phases which may run simultaneously basis CSR approvals.

Estimated Cost
Estimated final cost of the project is 15 Crore divided into 10 phases of 1.5 Crore each.
Each phase of prakalp aims at creating 100 beds for bed ridden, destitute and dying women in Ashram from all over the country.
Education & Training Center
Expansion of Education & Training Centre for Special Children & Orphans
We are running “Ankit Vinay Vihar School” – Sewadham (Registered under Child Education Act 2009 section 18 of MP State Govt) in the Ashram premises for 100+ specially abled & orphaned children and teens who are 6-18 years old (some of them are also wards of the mentally ill and disabled residents). To expand capacity of our school CSR contribution is required.
Project Scope
- Addition of 20 teaching and activity/ therapy classrooms.
- Addition of 50 specially abled children in the age group of 2-5 years and 100 specially abled children in the age group of 6-18 years.
- Education and occupational therapy of children as per their needs.
- Appointment of qualified occupational therapists, special eduation teachers and assitance staff.
- Other requirements related to project.
Target Group
Target group of this CSR request are specially abled (including Divyang) and orphened children in the age groups of below 6 years and above 6 years till the age of 18 years.
Project Timeline
Project duration/ timeline for infrastructure expansion of the center is 6 months.

Estimated Cost
Estimated one-time cost of the project for infrastructure expansion is 75 Lakhs and thereafter 20 Lakhs per year towards eduation, therapy and training of additional children.
Ambulances & Low Floor Buses
Ambulances & Low Floor Buses for the Terminally Sick and Differently Abled
Sewadham Ashram is located 15 Kilometres from the city of Ujjain and in remote village of Ambodiya. There is lack of facilities and emergency services near it. Corporates are requested to support us for Ambulances & Low Floor Buses for transfer of Ashram residents for medical needs and for running mobile clinics in nearby rural areas.
Project Scope
- Addition of 2 Ambulances & 4 Low Floor Buses.
- Addition of ambulances with required medical equipments and oxygen support.
- Additional of low floor buses specifically which are wheel chair friendly and can be used by old age residents of Ashram.
- Other requirements related to project.
Target Group
Target group of this CSR request are teminally ill, specially abled (including Divyang), children and old age residents of the Ashram.
People in rural aread around Ashram are also target group as Ambulances will be made available to them in situations of emergency.

Physiotherapy & Occupational Therapy Centre
Expansion of Education & Training Centre for Special Children & Orphans
At ‘Ankitgram’, most of our admissions are of mentally challenged, those with physical special needs and divyang. Physiotherapy and occupational therapy is a must for them and existing infrastructure is not sufficient to meet the requirement. Corporate funding support is requested for better equipment and infrastructure.

- Addition of equipments required for occupational therapy.
- Addition of physiotherapy and occupational therapy center of 5,000 Sq. Feet.
- Diet and nutrition of specially abled children and adults.
- Addition of equipemtns required for special education and behaviour modification therapies.
- Appointment of qualified occupational therapists, special eduation teachers and assitance staff.
- Other requirements related to project.

Mahaveer Bhojanshala
Expansion of Bhojanshala serving food to 700+ residents of Ashram
‘Ankitgram’ Sewadham Ashram is a lifetime shelter and rehabilitation home to 700+ residents who are differently abled, mentally ill, dying and destitute abandoned by their families and society. Ashram currently has residents from all across India without any discrimination of caste, creed, age, ethnicity, gender or religion. To serve diet and nutrinition needs of the residents, existing Bhojanshala needs to be expanded.
Project Scope
- Addition of 10,000 Sq. Feet area to existing bhojanshala.
- Addition of machines to process and cook food for Ashram residents.
- Expansion of food storage and other required facilities.
